My family has been part of the long-term care community for many years. I consider myself blessed to have grown up in an environment dedicated to serving those in need. After graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Communication and Business, I spent time traveling the country working for an organization that focused on helping companies to grow by inspiring their employees to reach their full potential. My work was rewarding but I longed to be home with my children and I missed serving my local community.

My true passion has always been to take care of those around me. I investigated each level of care provided to long term care residents and asked myself, “where can I make the most impact on improving their care?” The provision of Respiratory Therapy Services and Equipment stood out. The vision of my path became clear and with the help of many experienced, wonderful people I established Respiratory Care Partners.

The philosophy of Respiratory Care Partners has always been simple and to the point. Provide the highest level of Respiratory support to our long-term care partners. Our entire team has a united belief that the needs of the patient supersede all other needs. Day or night, whatever it takes, RCP will be there.

We continue to invest in the right people as well as cutting edge technology. We communicate on a regular basis with our local and federal contacts for the purpose of staying ahead of pending changes to reimbursement. An important component of our partnership with long term care facilities is to keep them informed of any changes that have the potential to impact the level of care residents receive.
